Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ (CIP) Certification Program
Center for Intuitive Practices, LLC., is proud to introduce the Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ (CIP) Certification program, designed to empower mental health professionals with a unique blend of intuitive skills and therapeutic expertise. The Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ (CIP) designation represents an advanced, integrative approach to professional helping that bridges evidence-based mental health practices with holistic, intuitive, and transpersonal frameworks. This certification is designed for licensed clinicians and qualified helping professionals who seek to ethically and skillfully incorporate intuitive awareness into their work while maintaining a strong foundation in established psychological theory and clinical best practices, in order to best support their clients' well-being. Certification is planned to launch in mid-2026.
Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ Certification Program
This certification is structured to help clinicians expand their skills in intuitive-centered and transpersonal areas, while staying grounded in ethical practice, nervous system regulation, and trauma-focused clinical care. Participants will be supported in developing a more holistic and integrative approach to client wellbeing—one that honors both evidence-informed practice and the deeper intuitive wisdom that often emerges in therapeutic work.
Grounded in the principles of Transpersonal Psychology, the CIP framework recognizes the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit, and honors the full spectrum of human experience—including meaning-making, consciousness, and the pursuit of personal transformation. Practitioners are trained to integrate traditional clinical modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and approaches aligned with the Adaptive Information Processing model) with complementary practices such as meditation, somatic awareness, energy-informed reflection, and intuitive insight.
At its core, the CIP certification emphasizes:
Clinical Integrity and Ethical Practice:
All intuitive and transpersonal approaches are anchored in professional ethics, scope of practice, and evidence-based care. Practitioners are trained to clearly differentiate between psychotherapy and non-clinical, spiritually oriented practices, ensuring transparency, informed consent, and client safety.
Intuitive Development as Clinical Attunement:
Intuition is understood not as a replacement for clinical skill, but as an enhancement of therapeutic presence, attunement, and insight. Practitioners cultivate the ability to access internal awareness, pattern recognition, and relational sensitivity in ways that support, rather than override, clinical judgment.
Whole-Person Healing:
CIP practitioners approach clients through a multidimensional lens—addressing emotional, cognitive, somatic, relational, and spiritual domains. This holistic perspective allows for deeper exploration of meaning, resilience, and post-traumatic growth.
Integration of Science and Consciousness:
The certification honors both empirical research and the study of consciousness, inviting practitioners to thoughtfully integrate neuroscience, trauma focused care, and contemplative traditions. This balanced approach supports interventions that are both clinically sound and experientially meaningful.
Personal Practice and Practitioner Presence:
A foundational component of the CIP model is the practitioner’s own ongoing self-reflection and development. Through mindfulness, embodiment practices, and intuitive exploration, clinicians deepen their capacity for grounded presence, ethical discernment, and authentic connection.
The Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ is uniquely positioned at the intersection of science and spirit—where rigorous clinical training meets expanded awareness. Practitioners emerge with the skills to support clients not only in symptom reduction, but in cultivating insight, alignment, and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom and life path.
This certification reflects a commitment to practicing with both clinical excellence and conscious awareness, offering a model of care that is integrative, ethical, and deeply human.

CIP Foundational Courses:
These required courses ensure that learners, seeking the Certified Intuitive Practitioner™ (CIP) Certification, establish an ethical foundation, clinical credibility, and a shared theoretical framework in Transpersonal Psychology.
Ethics and Energy Work in Clinical Practice: A Transpersonal Framework for Integrating Psychological & Spiritual Dimensions (6 Ethics CE Hours & 6 EMDRIA advanced topic hours). Clients increasingly bring spiritual language, somatic experiences, intuitive insights, and existential questions into the therapy room. While these dimensions are deeply human and clinically relevant, they also present significant ethical and boundary considerations for mental health professionals. This training provides clinicians with a clear, licensure-defensible framework for understanding and integrating energy awareness and transpersonal perspectives in psychotherapy without engaging in spiritual authority, metaphysical interpretation, or non-clinical practices. This course IS available for on demand purchase and scheduled live on Zoom October 2, 2026.
Dream Work in Clinical Practice: Jungian, Cultural, and EMDR Applications (6 CE Hours). Dreams are more than stories, they are expressions of the brain’s emotional processing, symbolic communication, and adaptive healing system. This innovative training provides clinicians with a structured, ethical, and evidence-informed approach to integrating dream interpretation into clinical practice and EMDR therapy. Whether you are new to dream work or looking to deepen your clinical and intuitive skills, this training offers a clear, practical, and ethically grounded framework you can immediately apply with clients. EMDRIA CE’s pending. Live Zoom course is schedule for July 10, 2026. Sign-up will be available soon.
Foundations of Transpersonal Psychology (6 CE Hours). This course provides clinicians with a comprehensive introduction to Transpersonal Psychology as a framework for understanding human experience beyond the traditional boundaries of ego, pathology, and symptom reduction. Participants will explore how transpersonal psychology integrates evidence-based clinical practice with the study of consciousness, meaning-making, spirituality, and human potential.
Grounded in the work of key contributors such as Carl Jung, Abraham Maslow, and Stanislav Grof, this course examines foundational theories related to self-actualization, archetypes, expanded states of consciousness, and the psyche’s innate movement toward healing and integration. Clinicians will gain an understanding of how transpersonal concepts align with and expand upon traditional psychological models. Course to launch in Summer 2026.
